Q. Why do you give away Free items?
A. Due to the long working relationship with our factories, we are able to give away many of their items (for a low cost to us) that have been unsold. This helps the factory clear out unsold items and helps us in giving our customers affordable and luxurious accessories at the lowest possible cost.
But why do we do it?
- We are sure you will absolutely LOVE what we sell and use it quite often.
- People will ask where you got them... and you will say Fashion Trend
- This will create word of mouth advertising for our paid product range, which is far more powerful than traditional advertising.
- Since our launch, over 30% of customers who got a free watch have bought an additional paid watch. This is where our brand makes a profit which is also what our business model is based on.
Q. How long will my order take to arrive?
A. Orders will be processed within 5 to 10 business days upon receipt of your order. For most orders, you will receive a tracking number via email once the order is processed. Shipping takes approximately Three to Seven weeks for normal shipping and 10 - 20 Days for Rushed Shipping. Please note that these are only Estimates and your shipment could differ.
Q. Do you ship to P.O boxes?
A. Unfortunately we DO NOT ship to any PO boxes or military/diplomatic addresses
Q. Can I cancel or switch my order?
A. All sales are final. Orders are automatically sent to our fulfillment team therefore they cannot be cancelled or switched.
Q. I placed an order and paid but I didn't receive a confirmation email?
A. You will always receive a confirmation email immediately after placing your order. If you do not receive a confirmation email (and you see that you were charged) that means you did not provide us with your correct email address.
Q. Do you Sell or Store my information?
A. All of the customer information we receive is confidential and NOT shared with any third party under any circumstances. Our website is hosted on Shopify, one of the largest and most trusted eCommerce service providers that also handles our payment processing. We never see any sensitive payment information, as that is all handled by Shopify and Stripe. The only information we can see is shipping and billing details.
Q. I ordered multiple products but didn't receive my whole order?A. Many of our items are sent from different warehouses around the world, so we cannot package all items together without driving costs up. As a result some orders may arrive at different times. The majority of items are packaged together however as long as they are coming from the same warehouse.
Q. Are there any other costs I need to pay for free promo items?
A. The only fee you are responsible for when ordering a free promo accessory is the shipping and packaging costs, so we're able to have your order delivered to you.
